KAOS is a Danish triple malt made from locally floor-malted rye and barley, combining single malt, smoked single malt (dried heather and peat) and rye whisky. It’s double distilled in small copper pot stills and matured in virgin American oak and first-fill fortified wine/spirits casks for notes of citrus, orchard fruits, toffee, vanilla and a gentle smoke.
