Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce is made from just four ingredients — soybeans, wheat, salt and water — with no artificial additives. It is aged through a slow natural brewing process to develop a rich, mellow umami flavour that works well as a seasoning for stir-fries, sushi and everyday cooking. A versatile store-cupboard staple, try using it to enhance savoury dishes instead of plain salt.

• Naturally brewed with long fermentation for depth of flavour
