This British pork belly is sold rind on in vacuum-packed joints and is variable weight (around 5–8kg per pack). It's a classic cut for slow-roasting or crisping the crackling, and is sold as an in-warehouse item only.

Also on promotion: Iberico mini pork collar (Spanish pork neck), usually priced about £13.99/kg; Costco is showing an extra £4 off per pack at checkout. The Iberico collar is well marbled and works well for low-and-slow cooking or high-heat searing.
