Join Saving Sessions now at Octopus Energy and earn Octopoints for shifting when you use electricity.

Saving Sessions reward Octoplus members who either "Power down" at peak times by using less electricity, or "Power up" when theres lots of renewable energy in the grid by using more. Rewards are paid as Octopoints that appear in your Octoplus account after sessions are assessed.

• How to take part: accept the session invite sent by email, then follow the mission to power up or power down during the session.
• Eligibility: you need to be an Octoplus member with a Direct Debit or smart prepay and have an electricity smart meter that sends half-hourly readings.
• Current promotion: Weekend Happy Hours run until 1 November — cut weekday tea-time usage to get free power at the weekend.
